I offer EMDR sessions for clients who have a single incident trauma or a specific short term issue to work on. The course of this type of work is usually less than 10 sessions. EMDR is an extensively researched modality that alleviates the negative impacts of trauma quickly, and effectively allows people to go on to live symptom free after a difficult event.

In addition to it’s more traditional use, I use EMDR as a powerful and transformative tool in helping people to overcome longer-term trauma, address negative core beliefs, and work with deeply rooted emotional and somatic issues.
